Can I try the software resources before buying?

Yes.  We are able to provide you with demonstration access to the majority of our software licences so that you can assess which is the most suitable for your needs.

Can I return an item?

You may return goods purchased from Prospects catalogues or online, which are unopened, within 21 calendar days.  Special items ordered cannot be returned.

You cannot return goods when you unseal or break the seal of compact discs or DVDs.  In these circumstances you will have to pay for the goods originally ordered when they are supplied.

Before returning goods you should first telephone or email Prospects to ascertain if the goods can be returned.  Upon authorisation from Prospects, all returned goods must be accompanied by a Prospects returns document that will be sent to you on your notification to us.  Returned goods must reach us within 14 calendar days of the issue date of the return document and be sent by recordable means.

How long will my order take to reach me?

If items are in stock, delivery will be made, to the address specified by you on your order form, as soon as possible.  We endeavour to send out any items that we have in stock within 2 working days.  If items are not yet published, then they will be sent out to you as soon as they become available.

When will I receive the purchase invoice?

The invoice is sent separately via e-mail, but at the time the goods are dispatched.

How do I pay for the goods?

You will receive an invoice in the package with your purchase with full instrucctions on how to pay. If you are ordering a non physical item (software, PDF etc) you will be sent an invoice via the post on its own.

Your card will be charged for payment once you place an order for an item even if there are items not yet published and dispatched.
